Rooms and hotel were very outdated. Half of the hotel is under construction. Staff were very kind and courteous!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The valet service was also great but the best part was the breakfast. The best included breakfast I have ever had. I would stay there every time just for the breakfast. Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage etc. All the breakfast foods!!!

Had overall a good stay here.The shower was a highlight and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The biggest gripe we had was parking. At $25 a night, converted to our currency we ended up paying $100 for our time there. It was ultimately an oversight on my end as I should have dug deeper in the amenity details but the cost is significant. The area doesn't appear extremely safe so we didn't want to park off property. We also ended up paying more than Expedia quoted in our booking and weren't given a reason why. The negatives were minimal - noisy footfall from the guests above, the bedframe light switch was stuck and didn't work, the wifi was unusable which was frustrating as using roaming on our cellphones cost a lot extra. There was only a thin blanket on the bed and very flat small pillows but we were too tired/not at the hotel enough to track down a staff member for extra bedding.
